FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does it cost to book?

Each worker lists a full-day and a half-day rate on their profile. You see the price before you send a request.

When do I get the worker's phone number?

After the worker accepts your request. Until then you can chat inside the booking.

What is the start OTP?

When your pro arrives, you tell them a 4-digit code shown in your booking. They enter it to start the duty.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel a pending request or an accepted duty from the booking screen, with an optional reason. The other person is notified right away.

How do I become a worker?

Tap Apply as Worker, fill in your skills, rates and area, and add a link to a clear photo of your government ID. We never ask for or store your Aadhaar number.

Does DailyDuty take a commission from workers?

The partner network is advertised with 0% commission. Workers keep what they agree with the customer.
